    • Partial Transit Dropped… brief outrage on small amount of routes.

      One of our partial transit providers reset a few minutes ago causing a very small amount of traffic to re-route over other connections. A minority of customers may have seen TCP sessions to a few routes reset. The transit supplier confirms that a reset was caused by an LSP flap on one of their 10G paths….

      We are performing emergency maintenance to our Mail 2 Cluster which means that SMTP/POP2/IMAP and Webmail services will be unavailable for a short period. We will endeavour to keep this period to a minimum. No mail will be lost during this period as it will queue on backup mail servers….
